Range of wines
All the wines arise from biological vineyards and produced by craftsmen.
Today, Carole and Roger Gaussorgues are happy to notice that their wines met regular customer and a laudatory press : guide Hachette 2005, Terre des vins( June, July, August) on 2007, Guides Hachette 2010.
The increasingly reputation of their Domaine, contributes to the success of their wines and explains the small quantity available on the sale because the vintage wines 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 are totally exhausted.

This vintage is the vintage prestige of the red wine of the Domain of Anglas. Since 2000, it made its reputation. Le Chemin des moutons evokes this country in thousand scent of garrigue that pastures a flock of 400 sheeps,based winter months on the domain. This wine is elaborated with Syrah and with Grenache and produced 2 years in barrel. To taste : from nowGastronomy : Leg of mutton with sweet onions strewed with thyme, roquefort, chocolate cake. Advices : Make it decanting or aerate it several hours (4/5h) before drink it. |

We discover here all the subtleties of this land, wild fruits such as the blackberry, the arbutus berry, the rosehip, but also the truffle hidden from some underground centimeters. The Mulberry tree, the silk's tree , is the golden tree of Cevennes. It is the vestige of old time. It still surrounds our old plots of land of Cinsault and The Grenache. Fine and fruity grapes ideally assembled in your glass. To taste : throughout the year and particularly during the soft evenings summer.... Gastronomy : Grills, carpaccio... Advices : Cool but not ice-cold to appreciate its aromatic wealth. |

The vine is proud, planted in its white stones, it looks at the castle of Brissac and doubtless enjoys producing every year its small grapes which are going to give this golden yellow wine with very pleasant bouquet of exotic fruits, wax, grilled hazelnuts. Full of flavors, ropy, well-balanced and attractive. 5 vine stocks are needed to elaborate 0.75cl of this foppish nectar. Elaborated with Roussane, Marsanne and Viognier and produced in barrel. Gastronomy : From the beginning till the end of a festive meal: foie gras, oysters, capon in chanterelles basted with cream, creamy Pélardon of Cevennes, Comté cheese. Advices : Take time and play to discover the palette of the various aromas. |
