Carole and Roger Gaussorgues as well as their team are committed to sustainable development in line with their strong environmental values, up to the requirements of landscape quality and biodiversity but also in favour of the well-being of everyone.

Nature lovers concerned for environmental issues, the Domaine d’Anglas campsite has always acted to enhance the ecosystems around. Indeed, located at the gateway to the Cévennes National Park, the campsite is set on the classified and protected Natura 2000 site of the Gorges de l’Hérault. It is thus in the highest respect of the local fauna and flora that it has been able to invent itself for the greatest happiness of all.
Much more than just an ecological campsite in the Cevennes, Domaine d’Anglas is also an organic vineyard. In the family since 1896, Domaine d’Anglas produces organic wines without added sulphites on 12 hectares in PDO AOP Terrasses du Larzac and PDO AOP Languedoc designations. Here, everything is made in a traditional way: from vine to cellar, it is the hand of man that prevails! A committed and passionate work in the respect of nature to offer refined and daring wines.

In complete harmony with the Domaine d’Anglas philosophy, enjoy a re-energizing swimming in our natural pool! This pool was built in 2017 and operates on the lagoon principle with a 300m3 swimming basin and a filtered water basin with plants. All of this offers the possibility to enjoy a dip in water generously heated by the sun, healthy without chemicals overlooking a panoramic view on le Thaurac.
